Free Shipping on All US Orders

Every Crewmark order ships free to all 50 US states. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 5-8 business days after shipment. Express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@luvloot.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
